The McKay Group today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Ward Chandler Electrical Limited located in Auckland. For the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of world class electrical engineering solutions. Cervina is an Auckland based automation and electrical design company serving the marine and industrial markets. Switching to 20 energy efficient LED can conserve a household 5,800 in energy costs over their 15 year lifetime. Along with the business unit, McKay has acquired a team of skilled professionals who are electrical and regulate systems engineers, electricians, instrument technicians, and mechanical fitters and will use the additional resource to provide a unique service offering to a new region. Te Matau a Poe’s construction allowed McKay to use the stuffed capacity of the company’s resources including electrical and automation engineering, electrical lighting design and commissioning, switchboard design and manufacture, marine electrical, electrical contracting and electrical maintenance.
